Soluble in water, the aqueous solution is blue black, and green light and blue precipitation are produced by adding concentrated hydrochloric acid; Add sodium hydroxide solution to produce blue precipitation. Soluble in ethanol, blue, slightly soluble in acetone, insoluble in other organic solvents. It is blue-green chemicalbook in concentrated sulfuric acid and produces dark green blue precipitation after dilution; After dark green solution in concentrated nitric acid, it turns into sauce red; Blue precipitate is produced in 10% sodium hydroxide solution. When dyeing, the color luster changes slightly in case of copper ion; In case of iron ion, the color is slightly light green.
Application:Acid black 10B is a dark bisazo dye with good application performance. It is mainly used for dyeing wool, silk and leather. It can be mixed with acid orange II to form an important black dye, Acid Black ATT, which is an excellent variety for dyeing leather.
